I was just curious if any of you guys have used either of these phones. I need a new unlocked phone for around $70.. Ballpark. I've been browsing craigslist for this.

I really don't use many features on phones, but I like brick phones. Sliders and nice. Basically anything thats not clam shell.

I really only use the cameras on these phones. And texting. So a smarter T9 dictionary is beneficial. I have never used a qwerty cell so I dunno if its better or not.

Seems like the nicer phones have nicer cameras so that's why I'm looking at these instead of some cheaper phone. Never used 3g or any of that, so its all pretty useless to me.

If you are going to get a PDA type phone, look for a Pocket PC, the ones with the touch screen. You can actually end programs rather than minimize them. The Smartphone types continue to run programs when you close them. You actually have to use Task manager to end programs completely. It could be costly if an Internet-aware program remains running in the background when you have no data plan.

Hmm maybe the Blackjack is too much because I couldnt find a use for a PDA phone. I'm not tied to my email at all. Email for me is purely casual.. I dont have a ton of tasks I need to keep on top of, all of that.

I just want a phone with a decent camera, really. I had a 580i and I never used any of the stuff it came with, even the music player
