I just purchased a nokia 6303ci and am having terrible reception service. Indoors I have no service, and when I step outside I get 1bar.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem with this phone and at&t in the usa?
Is there a configuration tweak to resolve this?
Is there something I should know about purchasing unlocked phones and trying them with at&t?

FYI the phone operates on 900/1800/1900 mhz band...
AT&T on their site lists 850 and 1900 mhz band...
