Try your call again later. When I called a friend, the phone rings and goes to voicemail but instead of saying leave a message after the tone, I get the above message. Why? I tried from another phone and a mutual friend tried from her phone and still the same reply. Does this mean my friend is having problems with their service? Unpaid bill?
