I recently just bought a new phone a couple weeks ago because I lost my other one, Ever since I got my new phone I have had horrible service. I have no bars probably 90% of the time. I use to have service pretty much everywhere I went, but now I can't make a call anywhere. I don't get any service at my place of work anymore, and everyone else who has AT&T still gets service. What can the problem be? I have a samsung impression phone if that helps....PLEASE HELP ME.

Call or visit ATT and get customer support involved.

This probably isn't the case, but some phones lose signal when you hold them a certain way, like the iPhone 4. When you are not holding your phone do you get better service? I hope you get your problem fixed.
