Looking for someone to take over 2 att lines with 3 months left on them and 26% discount.

I have 2 lines that have 3 months left on the contract, but service is sooo bad here I would rather go with verizon or a prepaid in the area so I will stop missing calls. Would like to be relinquished from the ATT chains asap. As of the moment the account has a 26% business discount, not sure that would carry over to the transferee or not, but we can figure it out.

It does not have any dataplans atm, but I have it setup so that you can use smartphones (currently using an droid and an iphone) with no data plans.
