Help me find the perfect phone

So here is m situation. I will NOT buy a smartphone if i'm required to buy a data plan. And I want a new phone. All I need is a few things from this phone, a 3.5mm headphone jack. And either a touchscreen or a full qwerty keyboard. Also a it has to be a feature phone, because on AT&T I can get unlimited data for feature phones for $10 a month, as apposed to the $35+ if you have a smartphone. Also i'm not apposed to buying a phone that is used, or not currently sold directly through AT&T. So please help me out here.
