Gophone $60 plan + HTC One?

I am dying to get the new HTC one (Unlocked) from the HTC website. Also, I am changing services and have been looking at the AT&T Gophone $60 plan.(Unlimited Talk & Text + 2GB data) Now I don't know much about services and I looked up the HTC one with gophone and came up with no answers so I came here. Can I use the unlocked HTC one with the gophone sim? If I can do I need to set APN settings for data? If so, could anyone post APN setting for this. Thanks.

Also, does anyone know where they sell Gophone micro sims? I know that HTC one requires micro sim.
