Caution - read the fine print - the REALLY fine print. Their new concept of 'Upgrade Eligible' is a farce. Merely an excuse to sell you full retail on installments. Suggest looking elsewhere rather than doing business with them.

What is the new concept ? The paying for a new phone in installments is just an option, no?

No. You pay full retail - THEIR full retail - otherwise your monthly plan increases. By the amount of your installment payments. My big issue is that this wasn't disclosed when they offered their 'new low rates', AND they they continue to tell me I am 'upgrade eligible'. If they are going to fundamentally change how they do business there should be obvious disclosure, and they should not include 'upgrade' as part of their terminology. It's like they are continuing to offer the free lunch they've offered for years, but now charging you full price for it.
