Audiovox 8600- downloads

I have a 8600 that came back from repair with someone's elses info. programmed in the phone. Needles to say, the customer is very upset. How can we re download all his games and ringers that he had before?...without paying again.

i'm almost 100% sure you cant re-download them without paying. try calling cust. service, but i doubt they'll be any help.
