Audiovox 9800 Model Phone

Please Help, I just had Nextel service on old phone, I kept old number, but, got a 8900 with the same number, so all I did was get a new phone and switch from nextel to verision

When I go do the Url send message from my phone files, they never even get to my phone. no alerts no ringtones nothing

How can I get my phone to recive these files??????

maybe ur doin it wrong, i switched from nokia to verizon and got the audio 8900 and kept my number and its just fine
