    Yeah I want to find FREE ringtones for my T-Mobile Sidekick II. It has GPRS on it so I can surf the web, but I can't access WAP sites to download songs via WAP. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get FREE ringtones for this phone please share, I'd greatly appreciate it

    AND YES THIS IS AN AUDIOVOX PHONE!

    WAP=Wireless Application Protocol

    WAP is basically another means of getting online, but with limitations. WAP won't let u get on actual websites, just WAP capable sites. It uses a microbrowser that searches for sites that are smaller in size and let u access ONLY those sites. The sidekick isn't capable of getting on WAP, instead of WAP we have a web browsing program called GPRS which allows sidekick users to surf full-sized websites without so many limitations. Overall, GPRS is better, but the thing is that most free ringtones sites are only on WAP, so sidekick owners are screwed in that aspect.

    Again if anyone knows a way to get free ringtones for a sidekick II, please let me know. I'd greatly appreciate the help
