Have an audiovox 8300 and live in a fringe area where missed calla and dropouts are frequent. When go to the top of a nearby hill (50 feet increase in elevation) I have no problems. I would like to attach an external antenna mounted on my ham radio antenna tower to cure this problem, but I see no place to connect an external antenna to the 8300. Any advice.
