PCsync problem with Audiovox 8900

PCsync problem with Audiovox 8900

When I try to get the pictures from my phone, I just can't. The 'PC -> Phone' and 'Phone -> PC' are grayed out on everthing except the Address Book, which I can get fine.

Does anyone know what the hell the problem is?
