everytime i try to go to get on cricket clicks or BREW it says connecting then it shows unable to retrieve catalog please try again later (534) <---anybody know what that means ive called customer service and they are not much help has anybody had this problem before if so what did u do to get it working? my model is an audiovox 8910

i need help also my audiovox 8600 does the same thing cept the number is (1283). took it in and they upgraded the software but it still doesnt work.

My BREW works fine. Have you had ur phone checked out by Audiovox?

Make sure you have purchased the Cricket Clicks plan from Cricket.
