    I have 2 of these phones and I am have problems changing the Profiles. On one phone it stays on Headset and will not change to anything else. On the other phone it will only change to between the first 5 profiles but cannot change to headset, car or speakerphone.

    Is this a setup problem or a problem with the phones? Thanks for your help.

    Thats not true I have the same problem

    The only way that I can escape the headset mode is to turn bluetooth off.
