Can Someone Help Me Delete Unwanted Tone?

I have an Audiovox cdm 8910 and under media gallery then tones, there is a file that I can't delete. At the top of the screen it says "Download" and there is a musical note icon that just rocks back and forth as if something was trying to download but this goes on and on. What is this and how can I delete or stop this? I can't see any tones that I may have saved just this?

This will delete ALL your downloaded songs but the only way we found to get use of tones again. Go to menu...setting...security...enter code (last 4 digits of your phone number)....erase all...highlight "downloads" check (button on right) then ok. We hated to loose all the downloaded songs, but we couldn't access them anyway.

My 16 year old daughter figured this out after the 2 guys at Verizon fiddled with the phone and couldn't do anything then told me "unless it was downloaded from Get It Now they couldn't replace the phone". Well the phone didn't need to be replaced!! Glad to have helped someone else with this problem
