    My daughter downloaded a song on her Audiovox 8910 (Verizon). Played fine for awhile as ringtone, now it is frozen up!! When I go to 6 (Media Gallery) 3 (tones) This is where it is frozen up. The song does not play and it will not let me access the menu to rename it or delete it??? I also tried going to settings, sounds, ringer type (which shows the song) but when I hit ok it just freezes up there too. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    whats the ringtone format?
    you have a data cable?
    if you have use BitPim do delete the ringtone manual in:
    "user/sound/ringer/"
    hope i help to you...

    I do not have a data cable. She somehow downloaded the song to the computer and emailed it to her phone (if that tells you anything).

    ammm..have you tried to restart the phone?
    its may help.

    I tried taking the battery off for 30 seconds but that didn't help. I have turned the phone off and back on, still no luck.

    Well just got back from Verizon and they were NO help. Guy told me that unless the song was downloaded from Get It Now and they could confirm it, then there is nothing they can do to help me. I am sure hoping some of you pro's can help me. Thanks

    Daughter FIXED the problem Here is how she did it. Menu, settings, security, enter code (was the last 4 digits of her phone number), erase all...highlight "downloads" put check in box (button on the right), click ok. This did erase all her downloaded songs, but left everything else intact and finally got that stupid frozen song off!! Thank you Yahav for trying to help us that was very kind of you.
