I'm new at this game, so I bought an el cheapo USB cable and software form my CDM-8410. MISTAKE! It promptly erased all of my phone numbers and never allowed me to save one again (would lock up, only battery removal would resolve). Turned the phone off during a meeting today and now it has lost it's NAM setting (displays 000-000-0000 at startup).

Can I fix this, or did I manage to fry the memory with my newbie "skillz"?
