Hello all, I'm new here and searched but couldn't find anything specific to this problem. This is my third Audiovox 8940, had battery and charging issues with the previous ones, and this one freezes at the verizon wireless mountain scene on shut down. The external screen shows the verizon puddle graphic in purple with a blue bar along the top. In order to reboot I have to take the battery out and put it back in. Any ideas? I have the latest software from verizon 4.174 Hardware: REV_04 Thanks. | ||||||
