using bitpim audiovox 3980

I have a audiovox 8930 cell phone and I want to be able to put games and ringtones on it using bitpim. where is the file located on my phone to be able to put ringtones and games on it.
using a data cable.
is there another software on the internet that I can use for my phone to be able to do this and edit my phone book and get my pictures and videos and well
