Audiovox 8910 Will Not Turn On

I was out last night doing stuff with friends and for some reason my phone turned off, i dont know what happend with it, when i try and turn it on, it doesnt do anything, only the green light above the lcd on the face plate comes on, nothing else turns on, when i plug it into the charger the same green light stays on.
