    Telstra (or its systems) have been known to **** up limited occasions
    when it comes to silent numbers. If he's being charged for his silent
    number, and the number has always been silent since being connected,
    and the BoongHunter site is listing his "silent" number, then it's
    more likely to be the fault of Telstra than the fault of an
    international IPND hacker.
