Telstra Pre-Paid

A friend of mine is looking at purchasing a Te$stra pre-paid phone and
was wondering if they are SIM locked.

SIM locked to Telstra network only (ie: can insert any Telstra SIM, ost or
prepaid, and will work)

They are network locked, not SIM locked
