What a wonderful retort. Did it take you long to come up with that
remark or did someone help you?

Of course there are such things as public phones which are on the side
of the road. I occasionally had to call from those if I was running
    late.

No, it was the obvious, and most succinct comment to make

Dont see many public phones on the side of the freeway, fool.

And there are less and less, because they are less and less viable,

    This aint 1980. Wake up

LOL. I thought you had to get some help. You were obviously beside
    yourself.

Why should I? I point out the obvious to you and you think it's
idiotic. To be quite frank I don't need to wake up as early or as
often these days, Life at a slower pace is just wonderful.

I'm sure all their contracts say it. '3' is clearly banking on being able to
offer enough trash to keep customers so it doesn't matter if phones are
    locked to them.

Remember it's not really 3's network - I think '3' is related to Hutchison
who I believe use Optus as their primary carrier. After all, regardless of
all the new players, there are still only three primary mobile telephony
carriers in Australia - Tel$tra, Optu$ and Vodefool.

Probably because the N91 was released to replace it.

Not a ****ing clue, as always.

Nope. 3 has their own 3G network, which they rent capacity on to Telstra in
return for access to Telstra's own GSM network for roaming.

And of course the fourth - 3.

Oh dear! Now comes the fourth time ol' foul mouth has repeated himself
ad infinitum. Never an original thought of his own. He's even
repeating the obscene saying of some time back. It must be a 'bot.
