CXan anyone offer any help in setting up a ringtone download site?

We have the website, the waqs, MJ3's and the converted ringtones, but
not sure how we get them to the visitors mobile phone.

I see sites that have dropdown emnu to list mobile phone type etc., but
not sure how it all works.

Do we need to lock in with a mobile phone company??

Would appeciate any help.
