Can anyone identify the company that owns the number 19907799?
Tel$tra SCUM are concealing their identity and collect revenue on
    their behalf.

I wasn't impressed with it because I didn't ask for it and they
ripped me off $2.50 for it. I tracked th prick down, but he is too
    scared to answer the phone.

I will be Brunswick later in the week, so if he doesn't answer my
calls I will be paying him a visit to request compensation.

How did they scam you? Did they send you something that you did not ask
    for? Just curious, thanks.

Yes, a text message arrived from 19907799 last night. I have not
subscribed to any such service, I have not sent a text message to
their service. When I check my account balance I was charged $2.50
    for their ****.

I recently ported to Teltra Plus Pre-paid, I've had my number for
many years. The message arrived completely out of the blue. It was
    a normal text message.

It's possible someone may have entered you number in a web site promo
    signing you up for this.

There's a lot of it going on, different promoters but same scam. They send you
unsolicited ****e and keep sending/billing until you complain. Sometimes
*****ing to your service provider will get a full refund.
