low/poor coverage, and all callers to 000 are not elderly, upset, stressed,

I must say in the last week the couple of times I have called 000 they
have been smart enough to say Melbourne, Victoria and put me straight
through. So maybe they have been given a geography lesson or updated
their procedure.
