connecting?

i have a cell phone taht a friend gave to mee like 2 years a go and i wanted to connect it but she had it on a contract and i want perpaid and on the web site it say i can do atht but i dont know how cause it only says how to if it already connected and mine isn't she let the contract run out so i could have it as a prepaid any one know how i would go about doing this

no its not active hasn't been for over a year now

Then yes, go into any Bell World location and they will be able to activate it for you on prepaid.
