motorola razr v3 with bell mobility(canada) Browser Help?

hello everyone, Im new, but I havent seen this question posted before..
I own a razr v3, and I am on unlimitied bell browser (5 bucks a month with the fuel thinger..) either way, I created a ringtone and uploaded it to this site where you are supposedly able to download it from your cellphone browser for free, but my browser wont let me download the ringtone. I always recieve a message stating something to the effect of "your not allowed to do this, invalid.. blah blah.." is there a way for me to get around this? I would like my ringtone i wasted over 30 minutes of my life creating. any information is helpful and appreciated. thanks also - I dont have a usb connection cable, and I lack the money to purchase one this very instant... so, yes - I realize thats usually the way to go.

Aren't CDMA V3s like the V3c (the V3 is a GSM phone btw) locked to prevent you from doing that sort of thing?

By the way the USB cable is nothing special. It's just a normal USB cable with a mini-USB end on one end and a normal USB male end on the other end. I use the USB cable from my memory card reader on my V3 (GSM).

Well, that depends, what do you mean by "locked" ? The V3c is the CDMA version, the V3 is the GSM version.
