hey... so i just downloaded a ringtone, and the link sent as a text to my cell. So i selected 'go' and then it was just white screen for like 5 minutes and i know it costs alot so i was getting pissed off but thought i would just wait. So i waited and then it came up as "No content to be shown" or "available" one of those two. What do i do?? and i dont want to spend a fortune, and i already spend 3.50$ on the actual ringtone. stupid bell

Call the call centre, 1-800-667-0123. Explain what happened, they will resolve it for you.

    Hey,

It's a little hard to find but Bell keeps track of all your downloads so you can go in and download anything you've purchased again at a later time. If you go through the web site, and find a song that you can buy. if you scroll down on that page, at the bottom their is a link to "My downloads". In their, there are categories for ringtones, etc, and it'll list all of your downloads. If you go to the song, then, instead of a buy button, their will be a re-download link. This might exist if you just go back to the same song, I'm not sure.

    Hope this helps.

Has this ever worked for you? Without doing some device debugging it impossible to tell where the point of failure is. I suggest you just call bell as suggested by Abom. It can be somewhat annoying but the whole reason they are their is to resolve these types of issues.
