There is no where you "can't" go but some sites are un-navigable on a cell or PDA. There are sites stored in the favorites and you can go to certain "mobile sites" ...for instance Toronto Star has a mobile page, very readable on a cell phone.
As mentioned Tethering is not included. There was a recent story from Calgary - sorry I can't post yet - about a guy who accumulated $85,000 in data charges for tethering and claimed he didn't know it wasn't covered.
This is a lie, it tells you while you are hooking it up. Plus you have to be a bit technically inclined to do that. Bell ended up adjusting his account for all of the charges except $3000. He's still complaining though. I think he should be happy he's not paying $85,000! He DID use the service.
Besides all that, keep in mind that downloading is not included. If you download games, screen savers, ring-tones, etc you will be charged. The browser will tell you what the charge is before you download. |
