Well the customer service guy told me you could do it via their website but I am having much difficulties to change it so just wondering if someone could help me out and tell me exactly where to go.

How come I can't find the second part lol. If its the picture of the phone and such beside the internet and TV and stuff then its not working when I click it

Stupid Bell can't make this simple haha.
