Messed Up LG Chocolate

Hi,
I bought a LG Chocolate from Bell under a 3 YR contract just a few months ago in November, but recently one of the touch arrow keys stopped working. It still glows but it doesn't do anything when you touch it. Also I'm hearing a small buzzing sound when it's slide open. How can I fix this? And if it can't be fixed, will Bell replace my phone for me? I always took good care of it and I've never dropped it before either.

im sure you have this fixed by now, but if you havent, call them.
they will prob push you off and tell you to take it into the store.

when you take it instore tho, they will send it to LG to have it fixed and send it back. keep in mind they will tell you it will take 7 business days, but it will really take alot longer. mine took 2 and a half weeks to come back.
