Hi, I bought a LG Chocolate from Bell under a 3 YR contract just a few months ago in November, but recently one of the touch arrow keys stopped working. It still glows but it doesn't do anything when you touch it. Also I'm hearing a small buzzing sound when it's slide open. How can I fix this? And if it can't be fixed, will Bell replace my phone for me? I always took good care of it and I've never dropped it before either. Thanks. | ||||||
