Use Bell Phone On Telus???

Alright, so after searching the internet on this i've realized there is many thoughts on what can and cant be done,what if this, what if that, and so on.
so my question, if i have a bell phone, and both lock code's for it and also access to the bell system can i make it work on a telus contract?

Telus policy does not allow it. So nope.

It is possible from a technical perspective ? Yes.

We have definitely tried and neither Telus nor Bell will allow it. But it can be done, however, you'll probably have to find someone to unlock the phone.

The above replies are correct, by policy it is not possible to do, even if a client care agent attempted to punch in your phone's ESN#, it would simply refuse it.
