Hi, I don't know about sync'ing with Bitpim, however, for the GPS, this is not a feature you can unlock. There is no built-in GPS "chip" in the LG Voyager. The GPS option offered by Bell Mobility (GpsNav) is only a streamed application which uses tower signal triangulation to calculate your location.

Re: LG Voyager and Bell Mobility

I just got my Voyager a couple days ago. I've managed to get it working with Bitpim (latest version) using the filesystem. I had to set it as LG Voyager and manually set the com port.
Things I've managed to figure out:
    Images
    Ringtones
Service code (to access hidden menu)
Deleted preinstalled wallpapers (still trying to get rid of the pictures)

Through the tabs of Bitpim you can actually see outgoing texts..incoming are somewhat garbled, and edit your address book.

Only thing that's disappointing is that I thought this phone had built in GPS. I know from going into the menu you can to a GPSone test..but not sure if that means it has a chip, or just triangulates.

Yes please let us know! When I try to use my LG Voyager from Bell Moblility in Bitpim, it picks it up as an Other CDMA phone, and won't let me transfer anything.

It won't let me do the emailing thing to get my custom ringtones, and when I text them to myself, they are very bad quality, and disappear once the phone is turned off and are not allowed to be used again.
