I noticed on bell's website 1 1/2 months ago i had a $150 phone upgrade credit and was supposed to be $200 next month on 1 plan and $200 on my 2nd plan and was supposed to be $250 this month, So i talked to bell and it seems they changed there plans about a month ago to cap there phone upgrade credit at $200 and they build up slower then before, also if multiple accounts they only apply to first account only now. Now here is the crappy part they back dated everything illegally, or without notice, and also removed the upgrade my phone option from there website as when you loggin it showed your upgrade phone credits. so when i phoned and asked about my credits they told me that my first account that was at $150 in now only $100 and i have to wait till november before it goes up to $150 and my 2nd account now had a $0.00 phone upgrade credit which was to be $250 this month, at first the girl on the phone the rates can fluctuate with different plans as the rates changed a month ago but i said thats backdating and that i was going to contact the crtc and complain and she got me a supervisor rite away and the supervisor said they will put back my $200 upgrade credit in 2 days ( i am still waiting ) . So every body that has a bell cell phone should make sure that bell does rip you off and contact the crtc also i am also going to contact them today. Bell re-nags again, Should be front page news.

    Cheers

Making claims that a company is doing something "illegally" is quite the statement. I would suggestion checking your contract that you signed... it makes ZERO mention of a hardware upgrade / renewal policy. That means Bell can offer you whatever they want to before your contract is over. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
