    Hey everyone!
I want to get the iPhone today which came out with bell however i live and go to school in thunderbay during the school year and on their coverage maps it looks like they dont cover the area. is it possible to find some legal contract loophole that lets me get out of my contract without paying the $400 cancellation charges so that i can get out and switch to rogers which does cover thunderbay?

    Re: get out of contract?

Ya, there is a way. I was able to do it when I wanted to switch to rogers for the iPhone. I didn't go through with it though because Rogers couldn't match anything close to the contract I have at bell...

I'm not going to tell you how I did it, but I'll give you some hints. Read your contract, be able to negotiate and complain, without being overly aggressive/swearing.

And there are 2 loopholes that I found, one deals with their coverage (which is what you're mentioning). If you can't figure it out, then it's not meant to be and you don't want to get out of it bad enough.

These contracts are almost full proof, but there is ALWAYS a way. Always. Good luck, almost no one can get out of these contracts, mainly because no one tries hard enough.
