    CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

Have you been lied to by Bell or Solo? It seems like there are TONS of Solo mobile stories where they disrespect and defraud their customers.

I was lied to by a solo mobile rep at a kiosk and tricked into signing a contract with them that does me no good since i live in an area where i am charged long distance every time i use my phone, although i specifically asked if i was covered out here and in the city with no LD charges in either place and told yes, you are. I even had a witness with me who heard it all and was told by the company that there was nothing they could do. I said, dissolve the fraudulent contract. They refused. and my first bill was over 100 on a 35.00 plan because i didnt know about the LD charges since he lied and said there wouldnt be any. They refused to refund the charges either and told me i was free to take legal action against them and gave me the address of the diretor for the west coast.

If you have been lied to by a solo mobile rep and tricked into purchasing something from them or signing a contract that later turned out to be the opposite of what they promised you, that is known as bait and switch which is illegal. I am starting a class action lawsuit and i need your story.

Their main office on the west coast is in Vancouver and i would like to get as many people as possible to go down there on a specific day (yet to be determined) with their awful solo mobile story printed out and in hand so that we can all deliver them in person and get media coverage of it so that MORE people can be aware of and join the lawsuit.

maybe then they will get the hint. The problem is that they are so big and have so much money that they can do whatever they want.

I think news coverage of a day where thousands of people across canada go to their local SOLO mobile head office, with an official complaint letter in hand detailing the experience, the bait and switch tactic you were subject to and your demands for a refund will definately wake them up a bit.

Email me at deleted email to join the lawsuit and get info about what day this will be planned.

To be clear, i plan a hand delivery complaint day as well as a lawsuit. I just want to be sure that they can’t shush up the lawsuit. I want all of Canada to know how they operate so news coverage in every province on the same day is essential.

Tell your friends! Email as many people as you can so we can make Solo pay. They are a bad company. They need to go down.

Re: CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST SOLO (subsidiary of Bell)

I was sucked into signing a contract with Solo three years ago. I was told that the phone would have a $125 spending cap. So I asked them to put me on an unlimited long distance plan within Canada
for $20.00, along with unlimited text, so that my bill would never exceed about 85.00 a month. So believing everything was as they promised it would be, I began to call family long distance in Canada.
The very next day I went to use the phone and it was now disconnected and redirected my call back to Solo, who told me that my phone service was disconnected because I went over the 125.00
spending cap. So I explained to the Solo customer service (who was located some where in the phillipines) that I had everything on the phone so that it should never exceed 125.00, He told me that I had
made a long distance call which put me over the spending cap, so I again told him to look at my file to see for himself that I had set up my plan with unlimited long distance within Canada. He acknowledged that but still told me that the only thing that he could do was to remove the unlimited long distance plan (NOT THE LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALL) so that it would put my bill back under
the 125.00 mark, and would reconnect the phone. I told him that was not right, and that he has to remove the bill for the long distance call, he in turn told me that he could not do that. I told him that I am not paying for something that I did not right owe for. The next thing I receive was a letter from a collection agency for an amount of 500.00 due to breach of contract, WHEN IN REALITY THEY BREACHED THEIR CONTRACT WITH ME. MY phone number is 913-735-7626 Lorne Batke
