Up until now I have been able to download my Bell data usage and all usage for my Blackberry Z10. I last did this in early February 2014. It is now March 2014 and Bell has taken the download in CSV format option away. I still have 19 days left in my billing cycle and I have surprisingly hit my data plan limit for the current month. I'm not sure why - maybe it is my fault - but it is no longer easy to tell as I can only "VIEW" my usage detail for the current month and that provides less details (doesn't show the charges, etc.) than what I used to get when I download in a CSV format.
I also see that past closed billed periods can now only be downloaded in PDF format. CSV format is no longer available for that either.

Bell has taken away a useful tool for analysing data usage - not given me an easy way to change my usage behaviour. This is important to see as Bell makes billing mistakes all the time. In Jan2014 switched to a new plan - which has unlimited texting - only to find on my Feb 2014 bill that I was billed for every text. Bell rep in store agreed that my plan did have unlimited texting and that I was billed in error - but then took a weird position that the onus was on me to ensure that I was billed correctly? I ended up talking to the manager - and after another hassle I got full credit for the text messages. Sounds weird - I can't understand why I should be given any hassle when my plan even showed on screen that I had an unlimited text plan. How can Bell's billing system be set up such that my onscreen plan shows unlimited texting yet I still get billed per text. Anyway, that's why I am so interested in having a quick way (CSV format) to see what other crap I might be getting billed for. If the onus is on me to ensure that I am billed correctly - well then thanks for taking away a tool to help me ensure that I am billed correctly.
