8300 software problem
I have a BlackBerry 8300 that display this error 'JVM ERROR 513' 'RESET'. When I press reset all it does is re-start and display the same error message. Try reloading/flashing it with the desktop manager but its unable to connect to the phone because of the problem.

Any idea what cause this and how I can fix it?

Try using Jl cmdr to wipe the phone completely, then reinstall OS

I dont have that tool. But I have a BlackBerry unlocking Dongle we bought at unlockcellular. So I am going to try to see if this tool can do what you recommended. Thanks
