4 Curve 8330's in less than a year. Is there problems with them?

I am on my 4th curve8330 from Sprint. They are not abused, just functioning wrong. Problems like the homescreen changing on its own, GPS not working, camera zoom not working then starts working, ring tones chaning on their own. Are these phones troublesome?

Not sure I haven't really had any problems with mine. I've had mine since the spring. I have even got it wet and it came back to life! Seems like a solid phone to me.
