Blackberry Curve 8530 screen goes black

Love this phone so far, but every now and then the when returning to the main screen, the screen goes black except for a line across the top where the clock is. If I move the cursor around the screen comes back to normal where I move the cursor. Anyone else have this issue? Is this something to do with low memory or the phone itself? Also on USCC network.

Issue was resolved, I guess it was a software issue of some sorts, unit was swapped for a new one, only issue that has remained is the sometimes all black screen when returning to home screen. Once cursor is moved though screen comes back..

I have the same issue on my 8530 from Telus. I figure it's a software issue, so I won't bother with changing the phone. I hope the next software update will resolve this. Thanks for posting this, now I know my phone is not the only one with the issue.
