    I have downladed every patch, fix etc.. and still CRASH!

    I think this has something to the drag it places on your computer being always running and all. Luckily for me it was a work computer and our tech support came and took care of it. Good luck!

    I have never lost any information, but mine will lock up the whole computer and I have to reboot it to bring it back up. I would think Blackberry would have a better software system. Just my opinion.
