Lot's of good things and lots of bad things.

The Bad:
1. The TrackBall messes up after about a year of use.
2. Been using it for a year and still can't text fast. Well, I can hit the buttons fast they just don't register, so idk what the problem is there.
3. Phone becomes sloooooooow after you get a lot of messages.
4. Freezes, and restarts (rare)
5. Camera sucks

Good:
1. Not much besides being small and lightweight for a blackberry. It can do email and all that good stuff but that's about it.
2. Cheap... well at least I got it cheap.

From 1-10 (10 being the best) I would give it a 5, it's an average phone. Nothing special.
