A few of my friends have / had the Storm and I was not really that impressed due to its slow OS and delayed touch response.

I have it also.

I really did try and stay with it but, after about three weeks I had to go to my Curve. Very slow in certain functions and typing on it was just a pain.

My current phone (The Tour) is proving to be one great phone. (so far)

Yes it did. Still.....they need to do a lot more before I Switch-Back.

I sure hope this new Storm or storm 2 improves on all that.

I am still not comfortable with the thought of a touchscreen Blackberry, I am sure there is plenty of users out there that will grab this one up real quick.
