BlackBerry Storm browser stopped working after last software update
For some reason my browser just disappeared after upgrading my Storm to .148. MMS also didn't work.

The solution - hard reset the phone - in other words, pull out the battery while the phone is on, wait a min, put the battery back in, and let it boot up.
