Put in ATT sim and updated software - now screen is frozen

Good day; I recently received (2) unlocked Blackberry Storms, from Canada, I have AT&T so I dropped my Sim card into one of the phones and voila! it work, however after updating the newest version the screen has frozen. The software disclaimer appeared and I tried clicking "OK" to accept terms and to no avail will it click, the screen scrolled up and down with my input, but it doesn't click to accept. I have tried the "Battery Pull" time and time again, but unfortunately no can do, I also tried wiping it, again nothing. WHAT GIVES? Is there some thing I can do to get it going again. In addition the other Blackberry, there's no radio signal, just and "X" next to the radio icon, how can I or what can I do for that matter to rectify these problems? PLEASE ASSIST!!!!!
