I would really appreciate it, if someone could unlock it for me, for free. I have no problem paying money, but I just don't have it right now, thats why I'm selling my phone. If anyone can help me, I would be eternally grateful.

Unlocking Instructions for Blackberry Storm

1. Ensure the SIM Card that came pre-installed in the 9530 is inserted
2. Go to 'Manage Connections'
3. Click on 'Turn All Connections Off'
4. Go back to 'Options'
5. Click on 'Advanced Options'
6. Click on 'SIM Card'
7. Type 'MEPD' (letters will not appear on-screen but a menu will pop up)
8. Type 'MEP2' (user will be prompted to enter MEP code)
9. Enter the unlock code
10. Reboot device
11. Go to 'Manage Connections'
12. Click on 'Restore Connections'
13. Device is now unlocked

Changing phone to gsm mode

Select the menu
Go to the option icon
Go to mobile network
Go to mobile network mode and (global to gsm)

Phone now works with any sim card!
