BlackBerry Storm- best data pricing?

When I am able to get my BlackBerry Storm 9530 unlocked I need to start looking into pricing some plans for it. What are the best ones out there as far as prices go? I don't think I will be on it constantly surfing or emailing, but using occasionally if needed. I thought about tethering while away from home and on my laptop, but most of the places I go tend to have a connection I can use.

So I might only use it as a PDA/cell phone device, with the option of email, etc.

Someone said T-Mobile was good, but seems a little expensive right now.

Anyone have any other thoughts?
