unlock BlackBerry Storm to rogers?

hey so i recentley purchased a BlackBerry Storm froma friend of mine who had the phone for two weeks but is moving away so he needed money so decided to sell it to me. but the problem is that the phone is locked to the telus network and i am with rogers. i paid an unlocking site to create a code for me but they said they couldnt find one and refunded me my money. please does anybody have any tips or any way that they can help me out so that i can unlock my phone and use it with my rogers sim card?
